Fees and Payment
- Fees are communicated in advance.
- Payment is due before filing unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds are granted only for demonstrable service errors.

Electronic Communication

- Completed work up to the termination date remains billable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or small-claims court in Fort Bend County, TX.
